KNITSTER

I finally replaced my camera.  I got my new one today, so I am going to start documenting my spinning and knitting projects today.  Or tomorrow.  Soon.  Mariah is coming along,  I am working on the hood, and after that I need to seam it up and figure out the closure- I don’t think I am going use a zipper on it, but a strip of hook and eyes reinforced with ribbon because I forgot to do the two stitch garter edging.  Whoops.  Not the end of the world, though.  It can be fixed easily.  So I am going to line the edges with ribbon and that should not only fix the curling issue, but reinforce it as well.

I also got some of the Noro sock yarn.  I haven’t even opened the package yet because I know once I do I am going to want to knit it, and I have a pair of socks out of Lorna’s Laces Shepherds Sock yarn that I need to finish simply because I want to wear them.  That yarn is simply luscious.   It is a joy to knit up.  As soon as I figure out how to post photos here, expect a large photo post from me, because oh boy do I have stuff to show off.  And I have a camera that takes great macro shots.  Woot!
