Easy Contest from Knitting Daily
I get the Interweave Press daily email called, “Knitting Daily”. It’s really well written, and heck, it’s in conjunction with Interweave Knits, so you know it HAS to be good.
Anyway, they announced today that they are having a contest. It’s for gift certificates to your favorite LYS! It’s $300 worth for 1st prize, $200 for 2nd prize and $100 for 3rd prize. Simple enough! You can only enter once though, but heck, that’s fine by me!
It’s really simple– all you have to put down is your name, your email, and your favorite LYS and its location. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy. My problem was that I couldn’t decide between 3 LYS stores! (I know, I’m fairly lucky to have a few that are not ridiculously far away.) I also thought later of seeing if there was a long distance LYS that would honor it, but I decided to stay local just for ease’s sake. Give it a try– go ahead. It’s THAT simple. (And I wish I got compensated for this little plug, but I’m not. Just thought it was a cool contest with a cool prize.)
