socks, socks, and lace
that is just about what i am working on right now. i am making the black knee socks in the fall vogue knitting, and can i say i am not a fan of toe up socks? i might get pelted with sharpened dpn’s for saying that, but really. i do not like it. maybe because you don’t get the long bits done first, the leg, all that ribbing or pattern. maybe it is because after all of that plain knitting or whatever, turning the heel is incredibly fun, and i look at it as the treat for knitting all of the whatever.
i am working on all of the lace for the class i am teaching. and fiar isle. fun, right? but i am so tired all of the times from a med change, that it is getting harder to knit at night. *sigh*
and- i know that some of you want proof of all i knit, i have photos taken, i just have to figure out how to post them.

Should be a way to post them through wordpress–I have to relearn how now that I’ve upgraded, though. At the bottom of the editing form, there’s a space for uploading a file, and the file’s URL would then be http://www.knitster.org/wp-content/yourimage.jpg — proper tag is [img xsrc="imgurl.jpg"] — pointy brackets, of course. you may want to give that a try and then “save” instead of “publish” and see if you don’t make a little progress. once you save and it looks ok in the preview screen at the bottom, you can then publish it and voila.
When you get a chance, give it a try. If you have any problems, I’ll be on AIM.
