Upgrades happening
I’m going to upgrade Knitster’s back end next weekend; it should help with the spam problem. We’ll be using WordPress version 2.0–currently we’re at 1.5. There may be some outages during that time.
I am likely also going to redesign the front end, as I don’t think our current template will work with 2.0 and the newer templates are really nice, functionalitywise.
ObKnitting content: I’ve picked up a project from a couple of years ago when I first started knitting. It was too complicated for me then (even just being stockinette!), but it’s coming along nicely now. It’s a pullover hoodie using Homespun in Prairie, and it’s a lovely variegated color perfect for autumn. The only problem I’m having is that I’m 40 pounds heavier than when I started knitting it, and it’s going to be a little tight in the body as a result.
