We interrupt your nightly blog reading to inform you of the following:

It is now 11:54 PM on July 3rd, 2006, and I have FINALLY finished the baby blanket from hell! I actually cut the project short, as I may have mentioned in a previous posting, because it’s plenty big enough for a baby. It’s almost a perfect square, for that matter. I decided not to do the last two repeats of the row patterns– it’s just too much. But so far, now that it’s done, it looks good. It’s still needing to be washed and get some yummy Lavender and Vanilla Downy in it, dried, and presented to my sister. I think this was the project that took the longest out of any project that I’ve done. I had to take a few breaks from this, or else it would’ve been done sooner, but since my little nephew will be coming pretty much any time now in the next week, I’m finished, I’m done, and he can use it! I still have some leftover yarn, so I’m thinking of making a little hat with it. And socks if I have enough.
