Red Sweater is ALMOST done!
OK– the sweater is done. I just have to snip the ends of straggling yarn off one sleeve, wash and block it, and sew the buttons on now. Woo-hoo! It’s a good thing too, as my FIL will be coming this week, and this way, I can send it to my cousin/niece Amelia. I hope she likes it! I’m going to see if I can knit a beret/tam hat with the leftover yarn, as that’s a quick project usually. So much for making matching socks! Oh well. I tried the sweater on Drew, and it fit him fine, so it’ll fit her fine too. I’d just like to block it first to make it look, well, neater than it is. Photos will come, I promise!
