As I mentioned in my main blog, I just found out today that I’m going to be an aunt, come July. Nice Xmas present to hear that! So, of course as I’m talking about it with my husband on the way home, I realize, now that I knit, how could I possibly be a good aunt if I don’t knit something for my impending niece or nephew? Hmmm…I’m debating whether I should wait and see if it’s a boy or girl (most likely she’ll find out in February), or start something pretty soon? And then what to make? Should I be ambitious and make a blanket? Or make a bunting like I did for Drew’s teacher? or something else? I have PLENTY of book s to help. Even one that I got today for Xmas was Debbie Bliss’ Easy Knits, which includes stuff, plus I have 2 more of her books, and at least 4 other books with baby stuff in it. Ah, decisions, decisions. I’m one very happy aunt to be!
