Or is that a yarn hog? I just got a notice from Herrschners that they were having a sale on one of their cotton yarns types, and it’s $.97 a skein. I don’t have anything cotton in my stash, and I’ve been looking for inexpensive cotton yarn and I just jumped at it. Now, there aren’t any solid colors, but I think I’m used to getting, as my son calls it, “rainbow” yarns anyway. I liked some of the colors, so I hope it works out right. I just couldn’t pass up a great deal like that on a cotton/cotton blend. The sale ends in a week, but I wanted to get what I wanted NOW. Of course, JC (my hubby) doesn’t understand this stashing away of yarn and why you get yarn when you haven’t even used it yet. Silly boy. He’ll learn….
